This quote inspires me hope, love, and light, This quote motivates me every single day since I am a little girl to be love, to be at peace, to be kind, Since I am a little girl I have loved how Mahatma Gandhi create a peace movement without engaging in violent protests.
Since I am a little girl I have always been loud about how dialogue can solve conflict if both parties are willing to talk it out instead of succumbing to violence and aggression.
People nowadays love how power makes them feel instead of loving how the power of love makes them feel, it’s twisted, but a part of humanity is like that and we can’t change that but we can change ourselves and learn how not to be.
The power of love rises us up and the love for power separates us. And as a very beautiful rock song says, Together we stand, divided we fall, this song is called Hey You by Pink Floyd, give it a listen and you’ll understand why it resonates with this post too.
We will know peace in our world when greed is not something people can feed of.
And don’t get me wrong, I have a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Logistics, and currently finishing an MBA in Supply Chain Administration, But let’s speak things the way they are, I can be a mindful businesswoman and take care of the environment and people at the same time I am making sustainable and green economy, You can have both. I always say this, I’m a contrast of Business World and Spiritual World and I strongly believe and have proof both worlds can live together in harmony.
Now, going back to the main focus of this post, Gandhi’s quote.
In a conclusion, We can have harmony and peace as human beings when we finishing opening our eyes and minds and realize that power is temporary and love is a supreme feeling.
With Love,
Mel B
