Healing Mantras for Self-Love

There are different types of mantras we can include in our different meditation routines, today I will share with you healing mantras for when you are doing healing meditation for self-love.

  1. I am whole, I am enough
  2. I love every part of me, every day
  3. I love my body at every stage
  4. I let go of guilt and shame of past wounds
  5. I let go of the fears that hold me back
  6. I affirm I am well and balanced
  7. I manifest I will get the job I desire
  8. I let go of toxic traits I had in the past
  9. I’m sorry, Forgive me, I love you, Thank you (Ho’oponopono we’ll talk about this in another post)
  10. I am one with my self-esteem
  11. My social media is a reflection of my self-love
  12. I am what I attract

Throughout our life our self-love sometimes suffers wounds that take time to heal and make right, Healing Meditation for Self-Love it’s important because it helps us to reconcile with our inner child and our adult in the current time.

When we have healthy self-love we know our worth and what we deserve and we don’t accept less. That’s why when we love ourselves enough sometimes we don’t vibe with the persons that we used to vibe with, we don’t engage in the same conversations we used to engage, We begin changing inside and our outside begins to change too, And this is ok, It might be hard at first, but it’s a part of the natural process of coming back to your self-love and high vibration.

In a conclusion, To be able to love someone else in a healthy and non-attached way we must heal our self-love first.
